Marianne Brannock-Hill is an entrepreneur, advisor, consultant, and educator. She founded and is the President of FRS Equity Strategies, Inc., as the first educational institute solely developed for the advancement of equity plan professionals and those in related fields. She manages the 3 divisions of the corporation: outsourcing, consulting and training. Ms. Brannock-Hill has 26 years experience as analyst, consultant and corporate manager in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Stock Plans Administration, and Human Resources. She earned a BA in Business Management from St. Mary's College with an emphasis in Finance. She obtained her designation as a Certified Equity Professional, CEP, from Santa Clara University in 2000, and obtained her designation as a Certified Treasury Professional, CTP, in 2001.
